Energy and environmental businesses and organizations increasingly realize that addressing challenges like climate change, clean air and public lands protection won’t be successful without understanding that we are all affected by these changes and we all need to be part of the conversation about addressing them. And the most responsible and effective among them are working to ensure that equity – the concept that everyone has the opportunities, resources and support they need to participate fully in society – is not just a buzzword, but an ongoing business imperative.

As a certified LGBT Business Enterprise, we understand how to engage audiences on LGBTQ issues and opportunities. As a founding member of The Change Agencies, we collaborate with a group of other agency owners in the first and only national network of independently owned and operated multicultural and LGBT communications firms to address a wide range of multicultural challenges and opportunities.

For us, equity communications means helping businesses and organizations determine, promote and communicate their advocacy for equal access and opportunity to media, forging partnerships between advocacy groups and companies and organizations and working with clients to appropriately engage with diverse audiences.

As a member of The Change Agencies, RENEWPR works with association, alliance, business, coalition, foundation, NGO and other clients to help restore common sense to communications about this fundamental responsibility.
